Can you customize the mounting dimensions?
We assess customization using your drawing or existing equipment. The agreed configuration is validated with samples.
Do you supply controllers or control software?
ST MOTOR supplies motors only. Controllers and control software are not included. Training modes depend on the customer's control system and equipment design.
What information do you need to start?
Start with the application and mounting requirements. If power or voltage is unknown, we can help you select a configuration.
What if the first sample does not meet the requirements?
We review customer test data, assess the issue, adjust the design where needed and provide revised samples for validation.
Can I download a dimensional drawing?
